Liz Ludwig founder and creator of Spiritually Bold Grounding Studio, wanted more than just a yoga studio. Willing to bring this vision to life she prayed and with help from GOD she created a space for people to unearth their clarity. Liz was a single mother of 6 beautiful, gifted children. Recently, Liz married a wonderful man named Jeff who has two children and one of them lives with them. To Liz being Spiritually Bold means finding your spirituality within your humanness. As humans, we get caught up in the emotions of life which then causes illness, diseases, financial burdens, and relationship issues. She wanted a place where people of all beliefs could join and get "grounded".. Medical Doctors, Herbalists, Reiki masters, massage therapists, and chiropractors, now all have a place to unite and help others to heal and maintain alignment.. Intuitive practitioners, readers, and therapists are available to help release emotional issues. There are countless classes to help children who are "gifted" and adults to learn more about vibrations and abundance. In order to have a sound and peaceful mind, the studio is offering a labyrinth for walking meditation, sound ceremonies, light chakra therapy, Bio grounding, copper ring classes.
